democrats martial law in u.s. house of representatives A resolution of rebuke was put forward by Republicans after Congressman Murtha used his now famous strong arm tactics while serving as Acting Speaker of the House, in violation of House standards and practices. House Democrat Leader Hoyer moved to "table" or prevent a vote and debate on the resolution from taking place. But in doing so, he added the words "enough is enough". Hoyer's statement "enough is enough" was in itself a form of debate and triggered House Rules requiring that one hour be set aside for debate. Later, House Records were scrubbed of Hoyer's comment making Boehner's inquiry appear without foundation. What Nancy Pelosi promised would be "the most open ethical congress in history" is quickly turning into one of the meanest, most dishonest bunch of flim flammers of all time.
